Cavender’s is seeking a Head Cashier to lead the front-end and deliver Best of the WEST customer service while coordinating daily register operations.

You will train cashiers, process transactions accurately, keep shelves stocked, and uphold company policies in a fast-paced western retail environment.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, professional retail service.
• Proven ability to operate a Point of Sale system accurately.
• Capable of training and coaching front-end staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service throughout shopping experience.
• Accurately process transactions, returns, exchanges at the register.
• Train and coach cashiers on POS procedures and company policies.
• Assist store leadership with front-end operations and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and organized displays.
