Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Head Cashier to lead the front-end and deliver Best of the WEST customer service. You will process transactions, train cashiers, and help maintain a neat, stocked store while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include assisting leadership, supervising front-end operations, and promoting store programs. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to accurately operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash/electronic transactions.
• Ability to train and coach associates while promoting a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and position merchandise.
• Ability to safely use store equipment and follow age requirements where applicable.
