VOALA is seeking a Lead Case Manager in Los Angeles. The role involves coordinating and mentoring the case management team to ensure housing stability for clients, with duties spanning intake, assessments, and service referrals. This on-site position requires strong organizational and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will oversee case load management, collaborate with partners, and guide staff through comprehensive planning and follow-up to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience.
• Leadership ability and supervision experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HMIS system is preferred.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop housing stability plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage team caseload and assign work.
• Review referrals and screen potential clients.
• Coordinate intake and verify documents.
• Provide information and referrals for callers and walk-ins.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments.
• Develop housing stability plans and coordinate services.
