Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Case Manager to coordinate and monitor case management services for program clients. The role blends administrative duties with field/outreach work to ensure housing stability plans are progressing and resources are coordinated.

The position requires at least 2 years of experience, an Associate’s Degree in Social Work or related field, and compliance with background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• TB screening and immunization records within 5 days of hire.
• Two years of experience in case management with vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor team caseloads with intake and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings to develop housing stability plans.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of services; conduct file audits.
• Coordinate services and referrals with VA/community providers.
• Develop and assist with workshops for veteran households; participate in outreach.
