Qualifications

• Must pass fingerpint clearance and background checks.
• Clearance of federal exclusion lists (GSA/ HHS OIG).
• Tuberculosis testing within five days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Case Managers and monitor caseload.
• Review daily referrals and screenings for intake.
• Coordinate housing stability plans and move‑in activities.
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly file audits.
• Provide outreach and participate in workshops.
