Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Case Manager to coordinate a team delivering housing stability and supportive services. You will oversee intake, assessments, planning, and referrals, ensuring timely completion of case loads and quality service delivery.

The role requires on-site leadership, collaboration with community partners, and adherence to VOALA standards; experience in case management and supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint/background checks and related verifications.
• Two years of relevant experience or combination with education.
• Completion of VOALA Case Management training within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Case Managers, assign workload, and monitor progress.
• Oversee intake, assessments, service planning and delivery.
• Coordinate with partners to link participants to community resources.
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and quarterly file audits.
• Develop and deliver workshops addressing veteran households’ needs.
• Ensure all client documentation and HMIS records are complete.
