Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history and verifications.
• Ability to perform under emotional stress and conflicts with challenging clients.
• Experience with coordinating services and case management in housing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach for social support and connect to appropriate programs.
• Coordinate care and case management and housing navigation.
• Advocate for participants before clinical, agency, and community settings.
