Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Lead Case Manager in the Los Angeles area to supervise a case management team and ensure timely, quality services for clients. You will guide intake, develop housing stability plans, and coordinate referrals and move-in support.

The role combines administrative duties with field outreach, requiring strong leadership, crisis intervention, and HMIS documentation skills to support vulnerable populations served by VOALA.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Ability to handle emotional stress and challenging clients.
• Experience in case management and supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Case Managers and monitor active caseloads.
• Review referrals, assign intake and verify documentation.
• Coordinate housing stability plans and move-in activities.
• Conduct client assessments to inform case planning.
• Perform outreach, workshop facilitation and data audits.
• Ensure on-site service delivery and compliance with program requirements.
