Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Case Manager to supervise a field-and-office team delivering housing stability services on-site. You will coordinate assessments, referrals, move-in activities, and ensure timely casework delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, at least two years’ case-management experience, and a deep commitment to serving veterans, families, and the most vulnerable in our community.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Ability to work with challenging clients in field and office.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a case manager; proven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor team case loads and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive client screenings and develop case plans.
• Coordinate housing stability planning and move-in activities.
• Provide information and referrals to callers and walk-ins.
• Lead weekly case conferences and file audits.
