Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles (VOALA) is seeking a Case Manager (Specialist) to provide intensive, on-site case management for eligible clients. You will meet participants weekly, coordinate services, and advocate with service providers to meet individual goals.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent) and completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months. A fingerprint clearance and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Social Work or related field or a combination of education and relevant experience (Two years’ total).
• Completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management services to eligible clients, meeting participants at least weekly.
• Coordinate services and care for assigned clients.
• Act as advocate before agencies and community bodies as needed.
