Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Manager, Capture Management 2 (LED) to lead strategic capture efforts for the Launch and Exploration Division. Based in Chandler, AZ, or nearby campuses, the role collaborates across functions to shape winning strategies.

The ideal candidate has a strong record in leading cross-disciplinary BD teams, experience with full-cycle capture, and proficiency with Salesforce and BAP. Travel up to 50% is required, and an active TS clearance is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or another relevant discipline.
• 5+ years (or 4+ with a Master, 2+ with a PhD) in capture, proposal development, or business development.
• Proven track record leading cross-disciplinary capture teams.
• Experience managing full-cycle capture activities and customer engagement.
• Experience using Salesforce and the BAP process.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and decision-makers.
• Understanding FAR and government contract types (IDIQ, FFP, Cost Plus).
• Ability to lead local and geographically dispersed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
