Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Deland, FL to lead daily retail operations and coach a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on brand standards, compliance, and inventory accuracy while driving sales through consultative guidance.

You’ll empower associates, handle opening/closing, and maintain a guest-ready environment with a strong emphasis on safety and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Coach team members to provide consultative product guidance.
• Execute opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Verify IDs, manage POS profiles, and ensure inventory integrity.
• Train new hires and provide real-time coaching to improve performance.
