Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. in Sebring, FL is hiring a Lead Store Associate to guide daily retail operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.

You will lead a team, conduct training, manage opening and closing, verify IDs, and ensure inventory integrity while upholding SOPs and state regulations. The role requires flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with starting pay at $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year in customer-facing or sales role.
• 1 year using POS systems and handling cash.
• 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• 6 months in retail operations including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Experience as a Curaleaf Store Associate for at least 6 months.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional service and upsell.
• Drive consultative selling and product education.
• Enroll guests in rewards programs and capture insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and state regulations.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash reconciliations, and inventory checks.
• Delegate tasks and support store leadership as needed.
