Job summary

Curaleaf Findlay is seeking a Lead Store Associate to run daily retail operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and mentor the team to uphold brand standards and compliance.

In this full-time role, you will open/close, manage POS and cash, perform inventory counts, and coach colleagues to meet KPI goals through consultative selling. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Assist in inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and train new hires.
• Stay informed on promotions and product updates to enhance guest experience.
