Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Port Orange, FL to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a storefront team. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards, compliance, and smooth checkout. The role requires weekend/evening availability and a proactive, service-driven mindset.

The position emphasizes leadership, inventory controls, and upselling skills to achieve daily KPIs while maintaining a welcoming store environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• At least 6 months of leadership in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on experience in store operations and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach your team.
• Drive consultative selling and product education on the floor.
• Enroll guests in rewards program and capture feedback for improvements.
• Open and close store, run cash reconciliations and daily huddles.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with orders and audits.
• Lead by example and guide associates to meet KPI goals.
