Job summary

Curaleaf Lead Store Associate in Park City, UT, will guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a compliant retail space. You’ll coach staff, drive sales, and act as a brand ambassador for Curaleaf’s products.

You’ll manage opening/closing routines, verify IDs, and uphold SOPs while offering personalized product recommendations and rewards enrollment. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Curaleaf team members need a minimum of 6 months of Store Associate experience in performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach your team.
• Empower associates with personalized product recommendations and expert guidance.
• Drive consultative selling on the floor with open-ended questions and active listening.
• Enroll guests in our rewards program and capture customer insights for future experiences.
• Maintain inventory integrity and accurate POS profiles through precise processing.
• Lead opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and store readiness.
