Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Gaithersburg, MD to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a retail team. You will act as a brand ambassador, perform opening/closing duties, verify IDs, and ensure inventory accuracy while delivering consultative selling.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 1 year using POS systems and handling cash.
• Minimum 6 months leadership in a retail setting.
• Minimum 6 months in store operations including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Curaleaf Store Associate experience of 6 months or more.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety rules, and loss prevention.
