Job summary

Curaleaf seeks a Lead Store Associate in Lehi, UT to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the front lines of our cannabis retail stores. You will guide associates, ensure compliance, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, verify IDs, handle cash with accuracy, and foster a welcoming environment for guests in a fast-paced, regulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Experience with store operations including opening/closing procedures.
