Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate in Gainesville, FL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching a team, and upholding regulatory compliance. You will oversee opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory while driving KPI performance in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

As a lead, you’ll mentor junior staff, promote loyalty through rewards programs, and ensure a welcoming, compliant store environment consistent with Curaleaf standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Store Associate experience for at least 6 months as a prerequisite.
