Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Gexpro team in Mineral Wells, WV. The role leads a team, drives branch profitability, manages P&L, and implements sales initiatives to achieve growth. You will ensure safety, manage inventory, and build strong customer/vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales/operations within electrical distribution and at least 2 years of leadership. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• If required to make deliveries: valid driver's license, minimum 21 years old, pass MVR.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• No suspended license or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, net income, and budgets.
• Implement safety standards with facility inspections and corrective actions.
• Stay informed about markets, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors and deliver excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, sales, and marketing on growth goals.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
