Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Gexpro team in Richmond, VA. You will lead the branch to profitability, coach staff, and drive sales while ensuring safety and operations compliance.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, inventory, and customer partnerships, with a focus on growth initiatives and service excellence. The role may involve deliveries and hands-on branch support as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and branch performance using digital tools and customer adoption.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage P&L to meet sales, income, and expense targets.
• Ensure safety standards and asset protection across the branch.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors; deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch growth and strategic goals.
• May perform deliveries and branch support duties as needed.
