Rexel USA invites an Assistant Branch Manager to join the Gexpro team in Greenville, SC. You will lead daily branch operations, drive profitability, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, leadership ability, and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and 21+ years of age.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitability by using digital tools to optimize branch performance.
• Develop, train, and supervise associates.
• Handle daily customer service issues and key customer relations.
• Oversee inventory control and warehouse housekeeping.
• Ensure security and safety standards with asset inspections.
• Schedule staff to ensure daily coverage.
• Assist with monitoring operating expenses and cost control.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
