Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability by optimizing sales, service, and operating metrics.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training to branch personnel; address issues promptly.
• Ensure tools and resources are available to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L to meet or exceed sales, income, and budget targets.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors; support growth goals.
