Job summary

Rexel USA in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitable, safe branch operations. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and execute sales initiatives to grow the business while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L oversight, and experience in electrical distribution or a similar B2B environment. This on-site position offers a path to professional growth within Rexel USA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required if deliveries are needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• HS or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have tools necessary to achieve highest levels of sales potential.
• Effectively manage branch P&L to meet or exceed sales, net income, and budgets.
• Implement branch safety standards and conduct facility inspections.
• Stay knowledgeable about markets, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers and vendors and provide excellent service.
• Conduct/oversee inventory control and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, sales, and marketing to support branch goals.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
