Job summary

Rexel USA seeks a Branch Manager for the Gexpro team in Poca, WV. You will lead a diverse team, drive profitability, and ensure safe, efficient branch operations while aligning with corporate goals and budgets.

You will coach staff, optimize inventory and P&L, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors to support growth and service excellence. This role requires a proactive leader with strong analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/operations/B2B experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred
• Valid drivers license required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Motor Vehicle Record review required
• Medical certificate verification as required by law within 60 days of hire
• High School or GED required
• BachelorF degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability and safety by managing P&L and budgets
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to branch staff
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth
• Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
• Ensure branch complies with safety and security standards
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to meet targets
• Perform occasional deliveries and handling as needed
• Oversee daily branch operations and staffing requirements
