You will oversee sales initiatives, inventory control, and P&L performance, with responsibilities including deliveries, vendor relations, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve branch growth.

Qualifications

• P&L management experience is preferred.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leading branch performance and digital adoption.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for branch staff.
• Ensure tools and resources are available to maximize sales potential.
• Manage P&L to meet sales, income, and budget targets.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct regular asset inspections.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to support growth.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch strategy and growth.
