Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/operations/electrical distribution/B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Driver's license required (if deliveries).
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and branch performance using company tools.
• Lead, train, and coach branch personnel; address personnel issues.
• Ensure tools and resources for sales potential; manage P&L targets.
