Job summary

Rexel USA in Fairfax, VA is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive profitable branch performance.

You will manage daily operations, implement sales strategies, oversee inventory and safety, and partner with sales and marketing to achieve growth while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires 5+ years in B2B distribution, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing P&L and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Lead, motivate, train branch personnel and address personnel issues.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales and net income targets.
• Ensure safety standards and asset protection at the branch.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors and provide service.
• Oversee inventory control and appropriate stocking levels.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to support growth goals.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
