Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Gexpro team in Poca, WV. You will coach a team, drive profitable operations, and oversee branch performance including safety, inventory, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities include budgeting, implementing sales initiatives, and ensuring excellent service while managing P&L and assets. Leadership and industrial distribution experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and, if required to make deliveries, meet driving record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging company digital tools and leading digital adoption.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, and budget targets.
• Enforce safety standards through inspections and corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, customers, vendors and competitors.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and vendors; deliver excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch growth and strategy.
