Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget, safe, and compliant project execution.

The role requires deep BMS/controls knowledge, strong leadership, and effective communication to guide teams through FAT/SAT/IST and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong background in BMS and control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or BMS certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify risks and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project closeout documentation.
