Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, including design, installation, commissioning, and handover. You will coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget performance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, FAT/SAT/IST, and interfacing with stakeholders while overseeing budgets and change orders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and BACnet/Modbus.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects with defined scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and integration with other systems.
• Manage clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors; lead meetings.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and handover with documentation and operations transfer.
• Oversee project financials, including change orders, forecasting, and billing support.
