Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will manage design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety compliance.

You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, oversee FAT/SAT/IST, and manage project financials while ensuring documentation and handover to operations teams. Strong leadership and technical BMS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years project management experience in construction/building services, with a strong BMS/control systems background.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BMS-specific certifications (e.g., BCIA) are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel to construction sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage contracts and coordination meetings.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and QA standards.
• Testing & Handover: Lead FAT, SAT, IST; complete documentation and handover to operations teams.
• Financial Management: Oversee project financials including cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
