Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. This role reports to the Vice President of Electrical Service and requires coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing schedules, budgets, and quality as you integrate BMS with HVAC, lighting, security, and safety systems.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
Experience in mission-critical facilities like data centers is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls engineering.
PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
Strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute projects with defined scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Provide technical oversight of BMS design, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
Manage risk, quality, safety compliance, and change orders.
Lead FAT, SAT, IST and project handover with all documentation.
Monitor financials: costs, forecasting, and payments.
