Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects—from design through commissioning and handover—ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.

You will coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, manage schedules and budgets, lead FAT/SAT/IST, handle change orders, and ensure complete documentation and operations-ready handover packages.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
• Experience with data centers is a plus.
• Engineering degree; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration per specs.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify risks, ensure safety and QA, and manage changes and billing support.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project closeout with complete as-built docs.
