Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects from design through handover across data centers and facilities. This role reports to the Vice President of Electrical Service and requires coordinating engineers, contractors, and vendors.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risk, and safety, oversee FAT/SAT/IST, and ensure commissioning meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services, with strong BMS/control systems background.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and testing; ensure integration with HVAC, lighting, security and fire systems.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; lead coordination meetings.
• Identify risks and enforce mitigation plans; ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT and IST; manage project closeout and handover with operations teams.
• Oversee project financials, change orders, and billing support.
