Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to deliver building automation projects end-to-end, from design to handover. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets and resources while coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will lead FAT, SAT and IST tests, manage risks, ensure safety and quality, and oversee project financials and billing. Strong PM experience in building services with BMS expertise is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction/building services, with BMS/control systems background.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; strong organizational and time management.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budgets and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with other systems.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure safety and quality standards.
