Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects—from design and installation to commissioning and handover—ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage clients and vendors, oversee FAT/SAT/IST testing, and drive documentation handover to operations to ensure seamless project closeout.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong background in BMS/controls; data centers a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA desired.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Technical Oversight: review BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, and other systems.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: act as primary client/contractor contact; manage vendors and meetings.
• Risk & Quality Management: identify risks and implement mitigations; ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Testing & Handover: lead FAT/SAT/IST; manage closeout and handover documentation to operations.
• Financial Management: oversee project financials, cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
