Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, including design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover. This role reports to our Vice President of Electrical Service.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and drive FAT, SAT, and IST while maintaining client relationships and on‑time milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years PM experience in construction/building services with BMS/control systems.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and HVAC integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certs are advantageous.
• Leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Define scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for projects.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Manage client, contractor, engineer, and vendor stakeholders.
• Identify risks and ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST and project handover documentation.
• Oversee project finances, change orders, and billing support.
