Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors, perform risk and change control, oversee FAT/SAT/IST, and drive safety compliance and documentation for critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction/building services
• Strong BMS/EPMS technical knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, Schedule, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Coordinate stakeholders: clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, vendors.
• Manage risk, quality, safety compliance, and documentation.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST testing and project handover to operations.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, and change orders.
