Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to deliver end-to-end building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion with quality and safety compliance.

The role requires 3–5+ years in PM within building services, strong BMS platform knowledge, and relevant engineering degree; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are highly beneficial. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services with BMS/control systems.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 or BMS-specific certifications highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT/IST testing.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers; lead meetings.
