Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design to handover. You will manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in PM for building services, strong BMS/controls knowledge, and relevant certifications. Travel to sites will be required; a Bachelor's in Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project management in construction/building services
• Strong background in BMS and control systems (Trend/Siemens/Honeywell/Metasys)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget and resources for end-to-end BMS projects
• Oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning and FAT/SAT/IST activities
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers and vendors; lead meetings
• Manage project risks, safety compliance and QA processes
• Direct project closeout including as-built drawings and operation manuals
• Oversee project financials, change orders and invoicing
