Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building management projects. You will oversee design, installation, integration, and commissioning, coordinating stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 3–5+ years in PM within construction or building services, with strong BMS knowledge and relevant certifications. Travel to sites may be required; excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction/building services with BMS/EPMS background.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BMS certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of BMS/EPMS projects from design to handover.
• Oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, and integration with other building systems.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and contracts; lead risk and quality management.
• Oversee FAT, SAT, IST testing and project closeout; ensure documentation is complete.
