Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery from design to handover for building management systems. You will ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services, with strong BMS knowledge and relevant certifications. Travel to project sites will be needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction/building services with BMS/control systems.
• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) is preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budgets, and resources for BMS/EPMS projects.
• Oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, and electrical systems.
• Manage client, contractor, engineer, and vendor coordination; lead risk and change management.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project handover with complete documentation and operations handover.
