Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in BMS/control systems, a relevant engineering degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction/building services with strong BMS/control systems background
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BMS-specific certifications (BCIA) advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, electrical, and fire systems.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project closeout; ensure documentation and handover to operations teams.
• Oversee project finances: cost control, forecasting, margin analysis, change orders, and billing.
