Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and integration, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget performance.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services, a degree in Engineering, and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA are highly advantageous. Travel to various sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys).
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and system integration.
• Manage client, contractor, engineer, and supplier coordination; lead meetings and vendor negotiations.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST; manage documentation and handover to operations.
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
