Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, overseeing design, installation, integration, commissioning and handover.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in building services with strong BMS knowledge and certifications such as PMP or BCIA. Travel to sites will be required, and coordination with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services with emphasis on BMS and control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, and electrical systems.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage vendors, contracts, and project coordination meetings.
