Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation system projects. You will manage design, installation, integration, commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project management for BMS/control systems, with strong leadership, scheduling and stakeholder management. Travel to sites will be required; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in project management for BMS/control systems in data centers or similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budgets and resources for BMS/EPMS projects.
• Oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT/IST.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers and vendors; manage changes and risk.
