Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, including design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover. You will report to the Vice President of Electrical Service and coordinate schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in construction or building services with BMS exposure; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services with BMS focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA certifications highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify risks and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project handover documentation.
• Manage project financials including change orders and billing support.
