Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, including design, installation, integration, commissioning and handover. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top safety and quality standards and coordinate a wide range of stakeholders.

The role requires deep BMS/EPMS knowledge, strong leadership, and communication skills to drive project success across multiple sites. Reports to the Vice President of Electrical Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 or BMS certs advantageous.
• 3–5+ years PM experience in construction/building services with BMS focus.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and sites; travel-ready.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead design reviews, installation, commissioning, and handover of BMS/EPMS.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors; manage contracts.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee FAT/SAT/IST testing and project closeout documentation.
• Monitor finances: cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
