Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and handover while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in project management for building services with BMS experience, and a mechanical/electrical/controls background. You’ll travel to sites as needed and report to the VP of Electrical Service.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services, with BMS/control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects: define scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, and other systems.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and contracts; lead coordination meetings.
